Physical development
- Weight about 9 kg.
- moves by rolling around
- started creeping like a commando (pushing himself around on his tummy)
- pulls himself with his hands and then get up on his hands and knees (getting ready for crawling)
- pulls himself up to a standing position while holding on to the crib rail
- likes banging objects together
- picks up small pieces of food with his thumb and index finger and feed himself
- drink milk and water from a cup using a straw
Social and Emotional development
- uses a piece of cloth to play peekaboo
- refuses to eat things he doesn't want to by shutting his mouth firmly or pushing a spoon away
- can sit up and play with his toys for a longer period of time
- hates the noise of vacuum cleaners and food blenders
- excited when seeing daddy (daddy's become his favorite person)
- enjoys looking at himself in a mirror and tries to kiss and pat the mirror image.
- can put himself to sleep without nursing
