I'm not a baby anymore. I'm a toddler
- I took my first steps without help on June 1st.
- Now at 14 months, I toddle well. I still fall on my bum but not so much anymore.
- I can feed myself well with spoon and fork. I do make mess, but according to Mummy it's quite bearable.
- I communicate trying to use sounds and gestures. When I was in Thailand, I told Nun, the cleaning lady, to vacuum the floor by pointing at the floor and moving my arm back and forth as if I was holding the vacuum machine while making the sound of the machine.
- I remember books and their words. I know that there is a 'Pop' somewhere in 'A Very Hungry Caterpillar'; lots of 'No' in 'Where is Maisy?'; and a 'Moo' , a 'Baa' and a 'Neigh' in 'Moo Baa LaLaLa'
- I understand simple orders.
- I like listening to music and do actions. My favorite songs are 'The Wheels on the Bus' and 'If You Are Happy'
- I know what sound a cow, a sheep, a cat and a horse make.
- I can say 'mummy', 'daddy', 'Ta' (grandpa), 'Yai' (grandma), 'up', 'down', 'hi', 'bye', 'puff', 'doggy', 'boost', 'milk', 'norn' (sleep), 'nana' (banana), 'bee' and my most favorite 'no'.
- I'm very possessive. I don't like sharing and I push others when they come close to take things from me. (Mummy always tells me to share, but I don't know how. I'm too small, I guess.)
