Thailand 2010

In June 2010, we went to Thailand for the second time of my life. This time we were sponsored by the head of Ben FC, my grandparents.

At Vancouver Airport, I had pre-journey snack just to fuel myself for the next blissful 16 hours on the plane. I was kind enough to give mummy and daddy a few hour break.

We were greeted by Khun Ta, Khun Yai, Aunty Pang and Uncle Knight when we arrived at Bangkok airport. It took me some time to get used to someone else apart from mummy and daddy. The first person I felt comfortable with was Aunty Pang, then Khun Ta and Khun Yai.
Then I quite enjoyed having lots of people around me. Daddy called me attention junkie as I really loved the attention I got.

I practiced my walking skill here. Everybody said I walked like an orangutan. What did they expect?? I needed to have my hands up to balance myself.

It was hot in Bangkok. But I took it alright as I always had a dip when the weather got too unbearable.

Splashing water was my new favorite activity.

Daddy was showing me how to submerge at Uncle Knight's swimming pool. I found it quite hilarious.

Aunty Pang bought me my own pool, so I could cool off whenever and wherever I wanted.

This time we didn't get to go out of Bangkok much. We had urban adventures in shopping malls, shopping malls and shopping malls.

I had a blast at a bouncy castle in Emporium. With hundreds of balls, it was like my dream came true

We also did some outdoor things. We went to the zoo.

And a day trip to Ayuthaya when mummy had an urgent craving for humongous freshwater prawns.
